Sr Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: Headquarters - Katy, TX; regular attendance required

What you will do

• Support annual planning, monthly forecasting, and related financial models.
• Analyze data from broad internal and external sources and translate it into useful insights for business partners.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reporting, including performance and corporate goals reporting.
• Consolidate departmental and functional plans and forecasts and support budget-to-actual and forecast alignment.
• Partner with senior management and business leaders to define strategies, establish deliverables, and drive accountability.
• Identify process improvements and participate in new FP&A initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• At least three years of experience in planning, forecasting, reporting analysis, and business partnering.
• Previous FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, projections, and complex risk models.
• Thorough knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, credit policy practices, and industry data sources.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and process-improvement skills; ability to work under time pressure and manage complexity and ambiguity.
