Senior Analyst, Financial Modeling & Analytics (Healthcare)

Location: New York, New York; candidates must be based in the United States. Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the New York office.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus cash bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain client-level financial models for performance guarantees, contractual terms, assumptions, and potential outcomes.
• Track actual results against guarantees, investigate variances, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex modeling and performance results into actionable insights for finance, account management, and senior leadership.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses supporting guarantee structures, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Support the Accounting team with monthly close and month-end variance analysis.
• Maintain and improve internal models, dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc cross-functional analyses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, strong data-query experience, and the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation.
• Strong communication, planning, prioritization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience at a publicly traded company.

• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
