Fulfillment Operations Lead (Inventory)

Location: On-site at the fulfillment center in Commercial Point, Ohio, United States. Weekend shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm.

Salary: $25.75 per hour, plus an additional $1.75 per hour weekend shift differential.

What you will do

• Run cycle counts and maintain accurate on-hand inventory records.
• Manage receiving and putaway so incoming stock is counted, logged, and stored correctly.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve root causes.
• Keep warehouse locations labeled, stocked, and organized for picking.
• Guide team members, answer inventory questions, remove blockers, and train new hires.
• Escalate shrink, damage, and recurring inventory errors to the supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse with hands-on inventory work.
• At least 6 months of experience in a lead position.
• Experience with cycle counts, receiving, putaway, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Comfort using a WMS, scanners, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English well enough to follow safety-critical instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 20 lbs during 10–12-hour shifts.
