Training & Implementation Specialist (AI) – Catalunia & Aragón

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Remote); travel up to 60% to train and support dental offices in person.

What you will do

• Onboard new orthodontic practices and create workflows tailored to each office.
• Train clinicians and dental teams to use the hirify.global platform and dashboard.
• Support existing customers in maximizing the benefits of the platform's AI technology.
• Build customer relationships that encourage continued product adoption and advocacy.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and internal stakeholders while supporting local trade shows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry or orthodontics, or an equivalent degree.
• Experience with consultative sales, training, and implementation.
• High level of IT and computer science knowledge, with a strong interest in new technologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Native Spanish speaker with advanced written and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, influence clients, and work collaboratively and independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Clinical experience.
