Partner Services Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, England; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the partner enablement programme, including curriculum, certification pathways, and the enablement calendar.
• Prepare and deliver webinars and live sessions on product releases, deployment methodology, and implementation best practices.
• Create, personalize, and maintain self-led learning content using AI technology.
• Run the partner certification programme, track completion, set deadlines, and maintain certification standards.
• Onboard and ramp Service Delivery Partners through training and shadow engagements.
• Monitor partner delivery quality, lead quarterly business reviews, and share partner insights with Deployment Services, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and R&D.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in enablement, training, implementation, or consulting.
• Experience designing curricula, building certification programmes, and measuring learning outcomes.
• Confidence delivering polished webinars and live sessions to large external audiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create, personalize, and maintain enablement content at scale.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and build rapport with partners, consultants, and customers through video calls.
• Adaptability and a willingness to experiment with processes and solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience training users on SaaS products or Fin.
• Experience with Sana, WorkRamp, Docebo, or similar learning platforms and AI-assisted content creation tools.
• Experience with AI agents, large language models, channel or consulting partner relationships, customer success, implementation, support, sales engineering, or consulting.
• Examples of self-started projects with measurable results.
