Senior Recruiter (Engineering)

hirify.global is expanding its engineering organization and is hiring for its Business department.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring needs and improve job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and creative recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments, on-site visits, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and provide hiring managers with recruiting updates and data-driven insights.
• Support employer branding, candidate travel logistics, interview days, and recruiting events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth hardware engineering environment.
• Familiarity with engineering roles and terminology, particularly in power generation and related hardware fields.
• Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
