What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for sales, technical, developmental, and corporate positions.
• Build candidate pipelines and execute sourcing, interviewing, closing, and offer processes.
• Manage recruiting workflows, data hygiene, and pipeline metrics in Lever and Rippling.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, market dynamics, structured evaluation, and negotiation.
• Develop employer branding, university relations, community events, and professional networks.
• Research new domestic and international talent markets and manage vendors and candidate engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Lever, Rippling, and advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake.
• Experience sourcing and closing sales, business development, account executive, technical, or growth-focused roles.
• Ability to advise leaders using data, structured interviewing methods, and strategic negotiation.
• Experience with employer branding, networking, community events, university relations, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
