What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders and provide market data and recommendations on candidate requirements.
• Review applications, assess qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and determine candidate suitability.
• Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, networking sites, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Engage candidates through phone, email, and social media, communicate the value proposition, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate candidate progress, support offer discussions and negotiations, and drive candidate acceptance.
• Maintain talent pipelines, provide recruitment reporting, and recommend solutions to hiring challenges.

Requirements

• At least two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
