What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial intake and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Execute outbound sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
- Conduct structured phone and video screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and optimize job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and track key recruiting metrics such as Time-to-Fill and conversion rates.
- Coordinate interview logistics across multiple time zones and ensure a professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Based in Peru
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication) required.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR).
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in agency recruiting or high-volume staffing.
- Background hiring for SaaS, technology, finance, or professional services.
- Familiarity with recruiting analytics and employment law best practices.
