What you will do

• Identify and approach candidates through active networking, resume searches, job boards, and social media.
• Maintain networks of active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Screen candidates and assist with interview scheduling.
• Participate in local career fairs and recruitment events.
• Support recruitment administration and handle confidential information discreetly.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate expertise in strategic sourcing, recruitment marketing, and understanding the competitive job market.
• Intermediate experience with HR platforms, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems, and employee performance software.
• Intermediate proficiency with ATS platforms such as iCIMS and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Ability to travel 10% to hirify.global, partner, customer, and recruitment events.
