Eval Ops Program Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Build the analytics layer for robotics evaluation operations, including dashboards, reporting, and performance analyses.
• Analyze evaluation throughput, model performance, failure patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
• Work with ML, software, hardware, product, and operations stakeholders to define evaluation goals and translate results into actionable insights.
• Design and improve processes that increase evaluation quality, repeatability, and scalability.
• Own logistics for evaluations, including sourcing and standardizing props, garments, equipment, and environments.
• Identify operational gaps and develop solutions, automations, and processes to address them.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Intermediate-level understanding of machine learning.
• Ability to work across analytics and hands-on operations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong ownership, resilience, and receptiveness to direct feedback.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and operations stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy and operations, technical program management, consulting, or investment banking.
• Technical skills for building lightweight tools and automations.
• Exposure to ML evaluation, experimentation, or labeling workflows.
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity.
