TL;DR
IT Project Manager (Manufacturing): Delivering internal technology solutions that improve business operations, product offerings, workflows, and support for a worldwide workforce with an accent on predictive project planning, cross-functional delivery, and IT governance. Location: Onsite at the site in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia

What you will do
- Assist cross-functional teams in delivering project milestones and maintaining accountability.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Apply predictive project management methodologies, including Waterfall, to control project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum and quality.
- Communicate project status and translate technical progress into business impact for stakeholders.
- Integrate IT solutions such as cloud platforms and AI tools into internal workflows while supporting IT governance and project management transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or software development lifecycle work.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Strong understanding of predictive project management methodologies and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting team performance and guiding early-maturity project teams through project management practices.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling project management practices across multiple teams or large organizations.
- CSM, CAPM, or PMP certification.
- Experience with technology solutions in manufacturing, preferably the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Miro, project management coaching, organizational transformation, platform development, AI integration, or cloud adoption.
