Project Management – Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Coordinate projects end to end, maintaining timelines, milestones, accountability structures, documentation, trackers, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, design improved workflows, and develop scalable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare operational updates for stakeholders and leadership, translating complex data into actionable narratives.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to track operational metrics, trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Use AI agents and automation tools to streamline operational and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technical operations, project management, or business operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, mapping processes, developing SOPs, and driving operational improvements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, data modelling, and formulas.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese required for direct communication with Hong Kong-based stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, manage changing priorities, and self-prioritize.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance or another regulated environment.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and policy operations workflows.
