Senior Project Manager (Insurance Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead technology projects within insurance transformation initiatives.
• Plan, manage, and control delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal specialists, customers, and external partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and review meetings.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, resolve delivery challenges, and support account growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing end-to-end projects in consulting or technology services.
• Experience leading diverse project teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of project financial management, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MS Project, PSA, ServiceNow, CRM, and presales or upsell support.
