Project Manager (MEP/CSA - Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, manage information flow, and report/track issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
• Support handover planning by ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality.
• Lead onsite by assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate client team, consultant team, and contractor on snagging activities, including schedule and partner engagement.
• Lead and attend key meetings, proactively identify issues, implement project processes, and review proposed variations and delays.

Requirements

• Project management experience in large-scale construction projects, ideally data centers or substation builds.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one (company support available).
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with teams and clients.
