Manager - Digital Solution Delivery (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

What you will do

• Define project scopes, milestone schedules, resource plans, risk logs, and delivery health dashboards for site digital initiatives.
• Direct multi-project digital portfolios and coordinate alignment across Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT/OT vendors, and external development teams.
• Manage vendor milestones, fixed-price statements of work, contract deliverables, service-level agreements, and scope disputes.
• Control CapEx/OpEx allocations, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, and variance reporting for digital projects.
• Lead go-live readiness reviews, cutover coordination, operational risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Support the site PMO and digital governance function while presenting portfolio status to plant leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital project management, PMO leadership, or IT/OT delivery, including 3+ years managing delivery teams or project portfolios.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps.
• Experience delivering MES, LIMS, WMS, IoT, or similar site digital initiatives on time and within budget.
• Understanding of CapEx/OpEx tracking, milestone management, RAID logs, vendor SLA monitoring, and fixed-fee delivery.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as MedTech, Pharma, semiconductor, or electronics is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience working under FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, or GxP standards.
