Implementations Manager (SaaS)

Location: Ottawa, Canada

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 CAD per year, excluding other potential compensation.

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform for creating enterprise marketing emails and landing pages, helping marketers improve campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and brand consistency.

What you will do

• Lead new customers through onboarding from kickoff to go-live as the primary implementation contact.
• Provide best-practice guidance, technical consulting, and strategic advice to support customer adoption.
• Develop expertise in hirify.global, integration partners, marketing automation, and the broader product ecosystem.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Account Executives, Support, Product, and Leadership to ensure successful implementations.
• Manage project timelines, quality standards, and implementation KPIs including time-to-value, post-onboarding CSAT, and feature adoption.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and MCP connectors to scale implementation work and accelerate customer outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, implementations, or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated project management experience delivering concurrent customer-facing projects with budgets and milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience facilitating group training sessions or adult learning.
• Experience with SaaS products, email, landing pages, marketing operations, and CRM systems.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and delivering strong customer outcomes; familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or similar tools is an asset.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and MCP connectors.
