Enterprise Customer Implementation Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building a conversational commerce platform with a unified AI agent for ecommerce customer support, sales, and re-engagement.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise merchants from pre-sales discovery through implementation, launch, and post-launch adoption.
• Create work-back schedules, launch plans, milestones, and timelines for complex implementations.
• Project manage custom builds, data migrations, APIs, integrations, and cross-functional technical workstreams.
• Conduct discovery sessions, map merchant processes, and design consultative solutions tailored to business needs.
• Configure, implement, QA, and optimize AI Agent responses, prompts, guidance, and automation strategies.
• Coordinate merchant and executive stakeholders, remove roadblocks, document feedback, and protect go-live dates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations or a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with enterprise clients and merchants.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream project timelines.
• Technical experience with AI Agent configuration, data migrations, APIs, integrations, or custom builds.
• Ability to manage up to 20 accounts and projects concurrently with strong organization, communication, and follow-up.
• Passion for AI, automation, technology, customer adoption, and continuous learning.
