Implementation Manager

Location: Denver, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in the office each week and the first 60 days fully in-office.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annual base salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage multiple client deployment projects and workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Define success criteria, deployment milestones, and usage targets with clients.
• Lead integrations and deploy solutions aligned with client-specific requirements.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for integration and customer issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and other cross-functional teams to test, document, and roll out features.
• Translate technical concepts and client requirements into clear solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions delivery roles.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, collaboration, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to work in the Denver office three days per week; the first 60 days are fully in-office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial services workflows and compliance requirements.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL, or programming in JavaScript or Python.
• Exposure to Salesforce, Office 365, virtual meeting platforms, VoIP systems, REST APIs, or BI tools.
