Yearly base compensation: $108,000–$141,000 for San Francisco Bay Area candidates or $89,000–$116,000 for Austin candidates, plus bonus.

What you will do

  • Analyze operational data and determine appropriate reporting and visualization methods.
  • Build, present, maintain, and audit interactive dashboards using Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and other visualization tools.
  • Integrate data from ADP, Smarteeva, and internal sources, including manual data corrections where needed.
  • Partner with Technology and Process Engineering teams to investigate automation data, identify bottlenecks, and monitor process changes.
  • Establish operational metrics for the Operations, Training, and leadership teams to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Identify trends, recommend process and system improvements, and support data literacy through peer coaching.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization applications.
  • Ability to create executive-ready dashboards and present accurate, structured data-driven insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organization, and project execution skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a scientific, technical, or quantitative field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in data analytics or related technical fields.
  • Commitment to product quality and safety standards.
