Clinical Operations Analyst (Healthcare Data Analysis)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees cannot be hired from U.S. territories or Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine.

Salary: $71,340–$90,250 USD target hiring range; current maximum salary of $100,564 USD.

What you will do

• Gather, organize, and analyze clinical data from multiple sources.
• Develop clinical operations reports, presentations, dashboards, KPIs, and benchmarks for senior leadership.
• Assess clinical performance indicators, outcomes, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Quality, Population Health, Dental, Pharmacy, Medical Management, Health & Well-being, and Data & Analytics teams.
• Identify process, efficiency, and quality improvements and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
• Document methodologies and findings and present complex data in a clear, actionable format.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare data analysis and reporting experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare data systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• A dedicated home workspace and non-cellular high-speed internet are required; minimum speed is 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with latency below 80 ms. Hotspot, satellite, and wireless internet services are not allowed.
