Data Analytics Manager (AI)

Location: Full-time, in-office position based in the Greenwood Village, Colorado office

Expected salary range: $140,000–$149,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts, including performance management and career development.
• Provide technical direction on complex analytics projects and conduct analyses that inform strategic business decisions.
• Define and industrialize corporate metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting and alignment with sources of truth.
• Drive data governance, cataloging, quality metrics, stewardship, reconciliation, documentation, and analytics standards.
• Develop the team’s strategic roadmap and lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, automation, process improvement, and measurable team performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in data visualization, analytical methodologies, business intelligence tools, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
• Expert proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools; Tableau Cloud experience, including Tableau Prep, is required.
• Strong foundation in data preparation, ETL/ELT processes, data engineering concepts, modern data stack tools, and cloud data platforms.
• Advanced understanding of Large Language Models and AI tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, business acumen, strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience establishing team processes, standards, best practices, and documentation, with a strong focus on data quality and operational excellence.
