Associate, Operational Forecasting

Location: Fully remote for candidates residing in Dallas, Texas, United States. The work model may potentially transition to hybrid attendance at the associated metro-area hub office in the future.

Salary: $91,659–$120,303 per year, plus benefits and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Build and maintain operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing needs.
• Support leadership with budget estimates based on forecasting results.
• Partner with stakeholders and data teams to align forecast models, source data, and refine analyses.
• Generate insights for a major business unit and advise managers and senior leaders on data-driven decisions.
• Analyze data, identify improvement actions, monitor initiative impact, and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Support strategic planning projects and manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations forecasting.
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and converting analyses into relevant insights.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, including filtering, aggregation, and CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on business reporting impact and requirements.
• 1+ year of experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, and connected Sheets.
• Must reside in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, investment banking, or insurance.
• Experience developing dashboards with Looker or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• 3+ years of technical experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
