Director of E-Commerce (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead the eCommerce growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, CRO, merchandising, lifecycle marketing, and SEO.
• Drive revenue growth, conversion improvements, customer acquisition performance, and customer experience outcomes.
• Own customer journeys from browsing and search through product discovery, quoting or purchasing, checkout, account creation, and reordering.
• Lead email and lifecycle marketing strategy, including segmentation, customer journeys, execution, and performance reporting.
• Improve search, navigation, catalog discovery, and key digital workflows.
• Partner with marketing, technology, product, service, operations, web development, internal teams, and external agencies.

Requirements

• Proven success scaling eCommerce revenue and improving digital performance metrics.
• Experience managing large or complex product catalogs, preferably in B2B or technical product environments.
• Strong experience with SEO, paid search, performance marketing, CRO, experimentation, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, technology, product, and operations.
• Experience managing internal teams and external agencies supporting digital growth.
• Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, marketing automation, web analytics, SEO tools, email platforms, and A/B testing frameworks.
