Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands or Brussels, Belgium. Hybrid working with two days from home on Mondays and Fridays; remote-first periods are available in August and December.

What you will do

• Own operational performance for the Benelux market and maintain a high-quality customer delivery experience.
• Manage relationships with regional third-party fulfilment and last-mile delivery partners.
• Run S&OP sessions with Marketing and Sales to align supply and demand forecasts.
• Oversee fulfilment operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stock levels, and courier collections.
• Implement and optimise KPIs such as OTIF, packing accuracy, and delivery experience.
• Coordinate inbound finished-goods logistics from the UK and Poland, including import and customs clearance, and support new product launches.

Requirements

• Strong experience in logistics and third-party logistics management in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience building relationships with 3PL partners and maintaining high performance standards.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use performance metrics for business decisions.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands or Brussels, Belgium.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in French to support Belgian customers.
