About the Role

You will own and optimize the self-serve customer funnel from onboarding through go-live and scaling. You will drive acquisition, reduce friction, improve revenue efficiency, build upsell and cross-sell motions, streamline sales handoffs, and use analytics and experimentation to prioritize growth opportunities. You will collaborate with Web, Engineering, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, Sales, and GTM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience with product-led growth at a B2B or API-first company
• Strong analytical and funnel-optimization skills
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams
• Experience building acquisition motions for SMB customers or supporting key accounts at scale
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in fintech is a plus
• Background in API-first or platform businesses is a plus
• Familiarity with website experimentation and funnel attribution is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the self-serve funnel from onboarding through go-live and scaling
• Drive SMB and long-tail customer acquisition
• Reduce onboarding friction and improve revenue efficiency
• Build upsell and cross-sell motions
• Partner with go-to-market teams to streamline sales handoffs
• Use funnel analytics, segmentation, and experimentation to prioritize growth opportunities
• Partner with Web, Engineering, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, and Sales to ship and measure impact
