Technical Product Manager (Sanctions Compliance)

Location: Hybrid schedule around Palo Alto, California, and New York City, with regular in-person touchpoints; remote candidates are accepted within the United States. Candidates in Palo Alto or New York City are preferred.

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 base salary annually.

What you will do

• Define and build hirify.global’s sanctions compliance product offering and initial MVP.
• Identify high-value opportunities in sanctions screening and investigation workflows.
• Develop product strategy, roadmap priorities, requirements, and success metrics.
• Work with engineering, data science, design, sales, customer success, product leadership, and external customers to guide delivery.
• Support customer discovery, product positioning, product demonstrations, and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally building products for sanctions compliance or other regulated workflows.
• Direct experience with alert review, list management, entity resolution, UBO analysis, and auditor documentation.
• Strong understanding of compliance users and their operational challenges.
• Experience interacting with APIs and familiarity with API protocols, integrations, and customer implementation considerations.
• Strong data literacy, including defining metrics, investigating product performance, and evaluating customer outcomes.
• Ownership mentality, analytical rigor, urgency, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, sales, and customers.
