Senior Electronics Practical Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Integrate embedded boards, motion, communication, and power electronics into robotic machines.
• Debug and troubleshoot analog and digital boards at component and system levels.
• Design and document production cable harnesses, including schematics, pinouts, routing, and labeling.
• Lead design transfer to manufacturing through BOMs, documentation, production support, DFM, and DFT activities.
• Build test setups, fixtures, and validation tools for development and production.
• Analyze production and field failures, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with mechanical, software, QA, NPI, operations, manufacturers, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Certified Electronics Practical Engineer diploma.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in practical electronics engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience debugging and proving analog and digital circuits.
• Experience integrating electronics into complex multidisciplinary systems such as robotics, automation, or industrial equipment.
• Experience designing cables and harnesses for production, reading and modifying electrical schematics and layouts, and supporting products in mass production and field deployments.
• Practical problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
