Operations Lead (MedTech): Building the operational backbone for a deep-tech medical technology company developing non-invasive neuromonitoring technology with an accent on cross-team delivery, operating cadence, and scalable processes. Focus on landing company-wide initiatives, resolving cross-functional blockers, and establishing KPIs, risk reviews, and systems that keep the business running as it scales.
Location: London (King's Cross), UK; at least four days per week in the office, plus one flexible work-from-home day
Salary: £90K–£110K per year, plus equity

What you will do
- Coordinate delivery across teams by creating plans, assigning owners, tracking progress, and escalating blockers.
- Own the company operating rhythm, including objectives, KPIs, and risk review cadence.
- Lead company-wide initiatives from planning through launch and ongoing operation.
- Own enabling functions that keep the business running and protected as it scales.
- Introduce structure, processes, tools, and systems for new and ambiguous operational needs.
- Hold directors and team leads accountable for delivery and resolve cross-team blockers.
Requirements
- Established management experience running operations in a complex, technical, and deadline-driven environment.
- Startup experience and experience scaling a company.
- Experience working across multiple job families, not only within operations.
- Demonstrated results from organising and fixing ambiguous business situations.
- Strong execution, process-building, business judgment, discretion, and the ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable fairly.
- Willingness to use AI as a core part of daily work, collaboration, and innovation.
