What you will do
- Define and lead the provider performance strategy for New York City, ensuring accountability for cost, quality, and access outcomes.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key health systems and provider groups to influence strategic behavior.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Network Performance Managers to elevate organizational capabilities.
- Utilize advanced AI-driven analytics to identify trends and drive large-scale performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide strategic oversight of provider contracting and guide the development of value-based arrangements.
- Ensure all provider performance activities meet regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in provider performance, network management, or provider contracting.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Must be located in North Jersey OR New York.
- Demonstrated success driving large-scale provider performance improvements across cost and quality metrics.
- Strong expertise in payer economics, provider incentive models, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience in Medicare Advantage or government-sponsored healthcare programs.
- Deep knowledge of CMS STAR measures and value-based care models.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, or MPH.
- Background in clinical operations, population health, or healthcare delivery.
