Founding GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Cambridge, MA, United States

Salary: $160,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonuses and equity.

hirify.global builds AI infrastructure for wholesale distribution by unifying CRM, PIM, eCommerce AI, and Order & Quote Entry AI on a shared data layer.

What you will do

• Build AI agents for lead enrichment and scoring, outbound campaign generation, pipeline hygiene, signal monitoring, forecasting, compensation queries, and deal desk triage.
• Own the HubSpot stack, including data models, automations, reporting, associations, and workflow deployment.
• Build outbound automation, enrichment pipelines, signal-driven plays, and lead scoring systems in Clay.
• Own CRM data quality, including deduplication, validation rules, field governance, and ownership integrity.
• Instrument the lead-to-opportunity-to-closed-won funnel and manage pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, segmentation, territories, and coverage.
• Build reusable agent infrastructure, documentation, and forecast models while taking projects from prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Requirements

• Experience building revenue systems from scratch rather than only maintaining existing systems.
• Expert-level HubSpot architecture and administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Clay, including enrichment tables and outbound automation.
• Production experience with Claude or comparable models for automation, enrichment, dashboards, agentic workflows, or MCP servers.
• Deep interest in AI, including experimentation with current model capabilities, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, and evaluations.
• Strong data intuition, executive communication, ownership, urgency, and comfort shipping in ambiguity.
