A1 (part of hirify.global) is developing a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, and workflows.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end hiring cycle from intake to closing for software engineering roles.
  • Build candidate pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing and targeted outreach.
  • Drive hiring decisions based on clear signals and data rather than just feedback.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise the hiring bar.
  • Build employer presence through strategic content and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition in-house or at an agency.
  • Track record of closing roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong direct sourcing ability to generate pipelines without relying on inbound applicants.
  • Ability to identify top-tier candidates beyond resumes and brand names.
  • Clear and direct communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and high expectations.
