What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hiring across backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering.
• Partner with founders, leadership, and engineering leaders to identify and attract high-caliber talent.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Drive hiring decisions using clear signals and keep processes moving from intake to close.
• Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to improve hiring quality and consistency.
• Build employer presence through content, messaging, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience in-house or at an agency.
• Track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing ability, including generating pipelines without relying on inbound applications.
• Strong judgment in identifying high-quality candidates beyond resumes and brand names.
• Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency.
• Clear, direct communication and comfort operating with ambiguity and high expectations.
