Talent Partner (AI)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, Fridays remote)

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end engineering searches from strategy through to offer closing.
• Partner with engineering leaders to calibrate interview quality and define hiring strategies.
• Build and improve recruiting systems using data, AI, and experimentation.
• Mentor teammates and raise the overall hiring bar across the organization.
• Contribute to recruiting operations and sourcing strategies to support company scaling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting exceptional engineering talent in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Strong hiring judgment with a track record of evidence-based decision-making.
• Technical fluency to credibly engage with candidates and engineering leaders.
• Builder mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• High ownership and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
