What you will do

• Map how enterprise users experience the product from first contact through daily use.
• hirify.global customer interviews, observation, and research inside customer environments.
• Translate customer insights into clear workflows, user journeys, and interaction patterns.
• Own the full loop from research questions and insights to shipped product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to prototype, refine, and ship solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing complex digital products end-to-end, ideally in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or similarly complex environments.
• Deep UX research skills, including interviews, observation, and customer-environment research.
• Clear perspective on how AI changes user behavior and interaction patterns.
• Solid visual and interaction design skills sufficient to own work end-to-end.
• Pragmatic, feedback-oriented approach with a bias toward shipping and measurable impact.
• Collaborative, low-ego partnership with product and engineering.
