Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: London, UK; in-person role with office attendance Monday through Thursday

What you will do

• Own a product area from problem definition and exploration through launch and iteration.
• Design intuitive, elegant flows and experiences for complex workplace workflows.
• Connect customer needs and business vision to product experiences and strategic product decisions.
• Define interaction patterns and apply strong visual craft across typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, and iconography.
• Work directly with engineers to build, iterate, and ship while navigating technical constraints.
• Move from ambiguity to execution quickly while balancing immediate opportunities with long-term product quality.

Requirements

• Strong end-to-end experience designing and shipping software products.
• Excellent interaction design skills and understanding of intuitive behaviours, flows, and product patterns.
• Strong visual design craft across typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, iconography, and aesthetics.
• Strong product judgement, ownership of product areas, and ability to connect customer needs with business objectives.
• Ability to articulate decisions, explain trade-offs, present work clearly, and collaborate directly with engineers.
• High ownership, curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to execute at speed without losing quality.
