Principal Quantum Integration Engineer

Location: USA - New York - Malta

Salary: $85,000–$146,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead execution planning and coordinate integration activities for one or more quantum technology platforms.
• Align quantum modality roadmaps with semiconductor manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop integrated schedules, risk assessments, and manufacturing readiness plans.
• Lead readiness reviews covering process flows, tool capability, materials qualification, metrology, and reliability.
• Coordinate technical meetings and drive issue resolution across Product Development, Quantum AME, Fab8, and Fab9.
• Develop standard work, transfer learning between modalities, and improve development cycle time.

Requirements

• Associate degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor integration, process engineering, or technology development.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating technical work across organizations.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and process integration.
• Ability to work safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
