Stock Plan People Operations Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own global employee equity operations across the full lifecycle, from grants and vesting through exercise, termination, and post-termination treatment.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely equity processes across entities, regions, and employee populations.
• Manage equity documentation, approvals, records, communications, and employee support with Legal, Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Payroll, and regional People teams.
• Maintain equity data and reporting for business planning, accounting, audits, and regulatory or tax requirements.
• Support annual grants, liquidity programs, scheme transitions, retention initiatives, and relocation-related equity programs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows while maintaining governance and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, human resources, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years administering global equity programs in a high-growth technology, fintech, or multinational environment.
• Experience administering international RSUs, stock options, or ESOPs across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Experience with HRIS and employee equity platforms, including lifecycle administration, data maintenance, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile high-volume, multi-system data with strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Understanding of equity lifecycle controls and experience maintaining complete, compliant, and audit-ready records.

Nice to have

• Experience with equity operations at a pre-IPO or late-stage private company, including tender offers, equity purchase or bonus swap programs, and scheme transitions.
• Familiarity with global equity compliance structures, trusts, local holding or trust entities, and EOR arrangements.
• Experience translating plan or policy changes into scalable workflows and system configurations.
• Experience improving, automating, or standardizing equity operations in a high-growth environment.
