GTM Strategy & Operations

Location: New York, NY; on-site five days a week

Base salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and annual performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Run the most important go-to-market, operational, and strategy projects.
• Build systems that support 10x+ growth while maintaining smooth and effective execution.
• Build a world-class Strategy & Operations function.
• Help establish and scale additional functions as the business grows.
• Apply individual strengths to maximize impact across a broad and evolving scope.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience across B2B startups, investment banking, consulting, private equity, hedge funds, or venture capital.
• Strong work ethic, high throughput, attention to detail, ownership mentality, and bias for action.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain high standards of execution.
• High integrity.
• Passion for mastering operations and/or go-to-market in B2B startups.
• Motivation to pursue a career-defining opportunity with significant personal and professional growth.
