Program Manager, Risk Implementation (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for full-time employment

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise financial institutions on fraud detection, KYC, and risk decisioning strategies.
• Configure fraud decisioning workflows and create strategy overview documentation.
• Facilitate end-to-end testing of decisioning rules and prepare configurations for production launch.
• Train clients on the KYC platform, manual review processes, and fraud operations best practices.
• Translate customer KYC, operations, and compliance requirements into scalable automated workflows.
• Manage communication with executives, project leads, operational teams, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in banking or technology, including configuration of KYC, credit, or risk decisioning systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with bank or similar KYC, credit, or risk decisioning systems.
• Understanding of web applications, JSON, XML, and web service APIs such as SOAP and REST.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and client-facing audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in a FinTech company or a highly regulated financial institution.
• Experience with enterprise software and technology or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, and JIRA.
• Advanced degree.
