Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States

Salary: $190,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own and implement digital product strategy for a product squad using a triadic leadership model with engineering and product design.
• Translate business goals into product strategy, define success metrics, and track KPIs.
• Lead experiments, study outcomes, apply statistical rigor, and share learnings.
• Collaborate with executives, clinicians, operators, marketers, billers, engineering, design, and data teams.
• Develop and communicate the product roadmap while prioritizing reliable delivery.
• Improve patient-centered user experiences through research, feedback, data, and continuous iteration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with a record of driving business outcomes through digital product engagement.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of experiment design, hypothesis development, statistics, and analysis.
• Familiarity with technical concepts and platforms used in full-stack web applications.
• Strong practical understanding of Agile principles and iterative product delivery.
• Experience in healthcare, digital healthcare, or another regulated environment, including familiarity with health outcomes, regulatory compliance, and HIPAA.
