Senior Product Manager, Clinical Platform (AI)

Location: Remote from the United States; authorization to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship is required. On-site final interview required in Menlo Park, California.

Salary: $180,000–$205,000 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Own the scheduling and laboratory experience across the clinical operations platform.
• Build and scale workforce planning tools for care-team capacity, supply, and demand.
• Design, launch, and improve AI-powered capabilities for scheduling, laboratory turnaround, staffing, and operational effectiveness.
• Establish practices for prompt design, versioning, evaluation, experimentation, and iteration of AI features.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into product specifications, user stories, and development requirements.
• Lead agile, cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, measurement, and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, workflow products, or operational platforms.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or features, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or personalization.
• Experience designing operational or care-team workflow products involving scheduling, staffing, logistics, or capacity planning.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, strategic-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading agile cross-functional teams and managing products through the full development lifecycle.
• Experience with an EMR or clinical operations platform such as Epic or athenahealth is strongly preferred.
