VP Onboarding

Location: Remote within Germany

Salary: EUR 117,000–140,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Own the global onboarding strategy, operating model, playbook, methodology, and quality standards.
• Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams and regional leaders across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland.
• Manage go-live speed, onboarding quality, capacity, budget, and resource planning.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex and at-risk enterprise onboardings.
• Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning while balancing global consistency with regional needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling onboarding or implementation functions across multiple regions.
• Experience leading distributed, multi-time-zone teams and developing managers and senior leaders.
• Understanding of platform configuration, data migration, API integrations, and customer workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive leaders and enterprise customers.
• Excellent English is essential. German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with fitness, wellness, or membership platforms such as Mindbody, ABC Fitness, or Daxko.
• Hands-on experience using AI to create operational impact in a customer-facing or operations function.
