TL;DR

Senior Team and Delivery Leader (Data): Managing technical delivery and disciplinary leadership for a large operational team with an accent on budget planning, process efficiency, and high-level stakeholder management. Focus on driving complex project outcomes, implementing agile methodologies, and leading cross-country integrations.

Location: Remote working is available only within Slovakia or onsite in Košice

Salary: Base salary from €2,700 /brutto + variable part

What you will do

  • Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to a diverse team of experts, including coaching and talent development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of team objectives and maintain high quality in project deliverables.
  • Manage budget planning and steer financial KPIs at the cost center level.
  • Optimize team performance using KPIs and enhance operational process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with high-level stakeholders to manage project expectations and resolve escalations.
  • Oversee technical solutions and cascade high-level strategy into the operational area.

Requirements

  • Deep IT technical expertise in Business Development and Technological End-to-End (E2E) responsibility.
  • Proven experience in leadership and virtual leadership of diverse teams across locations.
  • Proficiency in budget management and economic operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and digitalization.
  • Experience in cross-country integration, intercultural competence, and stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations for remote work.
