Senior Team and (DATA) Delivery Leader (m/f/d)

Location: Košice, Slovakia. Remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: Negotiable base salary from €2,700 gross per month, depending on seniority and experience, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a large operational team of experts with diverse skill profiles, including disciplinary and functional leadership.
• Coordinate complex technical solutions, project deliverables, service delivery, and team objectives.
• Manage workload distribution, team structures, operational methods, and process efficiency using KPIs.
• Handle critical situations and escalations while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
• Plan budgets and manage cost-center financial and HR KPIs according to defined plans.
• Translate higher-level strategy into the team area and contribute to strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep IT technical expertise in business development, technological end-to-end responsibility, and business case justification.
• Strong leadership and virtual leadership skills for managing diverse teams across locations.
• Strategic and innovative mindset with experience driving transformation, change, and digitalization.
• Effective communication, conflict management, intercultural competence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budget management, team empowerment, agile methodologies, organizational governance, and KPI-based delivery.
• The selection process includes a leadership assessment; successful completion is required to proceed.
