Senior Team and (DATA) Delivery Leader (m/f/d)

Location: Košice, Slovakia. Remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.

Salary: Negotiable base salary from €2,700 gross per month, plus variable pay and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a large operational team of experts in disciplinary and functional matters.
• Coordinate complex task areas, technical solutions, workloads, and delivery objectives.
• Ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables and improve team efficiency using KPIs.
• Manage critical situations, resolve escalations, and support seamless client service delivery.
• Plan budgets and steer cost-center financial and HR KPIs.
• Develop employees through coaching, feedback, training, talent promotion, and structured leadership processes.

Requirements

• Deep IT technical expertise in business development, technological end-to-end responsibility, and business case justification.
• Strong leadership and virtual leadership skills for managing diverse teams across locations.
• Strategic thinking, innovative mindset, transformation skills, effective communication, and conflict management.
• Experience with cross-country integration, intercultural competence, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in budget management, team empowerment, digitalization, agile methodologies, and KPI-based delivery.
• Expertise in transition and transformation, customer and market focus, and organizational governance.
