TL;DR

Senior Team and Delivery Leader (Delivery Management): Leading diverse expert teams and overseeing the delivery of complex IT projects with an accent on disciplinary leadership, operational efficiency, and technical oversight. Focus on optimizing team performance via KPIs, managing budgets, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Location: Kosice, Slovakia. Remote work is only available within Slovakia

Salary: Base salary from €2,700 gross per month

What you will do

  • Lead employees in staff-related and functional terms according to Group leadership principles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of team objectives and maintain high quality in project deliverables.
  • Optimize team performance and process efficiency using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage budgets, cost items, and HR financial KPIs at the cost center level.
  • Resolve escalations and manage critical situations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with high-level stakeholders to manage project expectations and strategy.

Requirements

  • Deep IT technical expertise in Business Development and Technological End-to-End (E2E) responsibility.
  • Proven leadership and virtual leadership skills for managing diverse teams across locations.
  • Experience in budget management and ensuring financial viability of projects.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and understanding of digitalization.
  • Strong intercultural competence, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
