TL;DR

Technical Marketing Engineer (Motor Driver) (Automotive Motor Drivers): Expanding automotive motor driver products by translating customer and market needs into technical solutions, supporting customers, and driving new design wins with an accent on product definition, application support, and technical marketing. Focus on analyzing competing solutions, validating product requirements, supporting OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, and addressing safety, EMI, thermal management, and integration challenges.

What you will do

Expand the automotive motor driver product portfolio, identify customer needs, and develop customer-focused technical solutions.
Own new products from definition through production, collaborating with R&D and product teams to validate market needs and feasibility.
Analyze competing solutions, market dynamics, customer pain points, and opportunities in the automotive motor sector.
Develop whitepapers, application notes, technical datasheets, presentations, and other technical marketing materials.
Provide application support, product demonstrations, technical training, pre-sales support, and on-site support for key customers and field application engineers.
Evaluate new products, review test reports, and recommend marketing initiatives to expand market share.

Requirements

MSEE or equivalent with 3+ years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in automotive motor applications or a related technical field.
Mandatory experience with automotive motor driver solutions for body control, chassis, ADAS and cockpit, or powertrain systems.
Strong knowledge of BLDC, stepper, or BDC motor drivers and automotive standards such as ISO 26262.
Experience defining automotive motor driver products and translating customer or market needs into technical requirements.
Hardware implementation and debugging skills, including analysis of complex analog and power electronic circuits.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, cross-functional collaboration ability, and proficiency with SCH design, PCB layout, Spice, MATLAB, and Cadence tools.
