Account Manager (AI/Web3)

What you will do

• Develop and execute business growth plans aligned with global strategy and opportunities in South Korea.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with AI companies, blockchain organizations, universities, and government bodies.
• Build collaborations with South Korean startups and integrate them into the decentralized AI ecosystem.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and drive enterprise adoption.
• Secure investment and funding opportunities for initiatives in Korea.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings while coordinating with global ecosystem teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or venture building.
• Experience in AI, blockchain, or technology is preferred.
• Strong network across Korea’s AI, blockchain, and innovation sectors.
• Proven strategic negotiation and relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Korean and proficient English required.
