Account Executive (Blockchain): Owning the entire sales process for blockchain infrastructure, including prospecting leads, negotiating contracts, closing deals, client retention, upsells, and renewals with an accent on enterprise sales to C-level stakeholders and crypto companies. Focus on educating customers on blockchain nodes, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, driving technology adoption, and building long-term strategic relationships.
Location: Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week
Salary: $180K – $240K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do
- Build and own full sales cycle: prospecting, engaging leads, introductory calls, needs assessment, demos, negotiating/closing contracts
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, satisfaction, and long-term strategic relationships with executives and technical leads
- Educate crypto companies on blockchain nodes, infrastructure troubleshooting, and product value propositions
- Track/analyze campaigns, refine sales processes, manage CRM, report metrics, and maintain healthy pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams (business, tech, product, engineering, support) to deliver outcomes and incorporate customer feedback
- Respond quickly to customers pre- and post-sales
Requirements
- Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week
- 4+ years quota-carrying experience as Account Executive selling SaaS/PaaS/IaaS to enterprises and C-level
- Knowledge/passion for crypto/blockchain industry
- Proven success identifying, negotiating, closing large-scale tech projects for complex enterprise accounts
- Experience driving tech adoption, long-term account strategies, CRM proficiency, forecasting
- Excellent communication, listening skills; ability to understand pain points and articulate value
- Self-starter, autonomous, handles multiple demands concurrently
