Salary: $175,000-$220,000 USD

What you will do

  • Support the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and how hirify.global products can help.
  • Coordinate proof-of-concept efforts with sales engineers and product experts to showcase value.
  • Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with deployment and support teams for smooth handoffs.
  • Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect authentically with technical buyers.
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn technical concepts.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and excited about learning on the job.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful; you find ways to solve problems and move things forward.
  • Interest in generative AI and helping customers navigate new technology.
