TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating Enterprise opportunities and handling inbound requests from prospective customers with an accent on customized messaging and understanding business challenges. Focus on building playbooks, defining sales motion, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to hit revenue and pipeline generation targets.

Location: Must work from the Seoul office on Mondays and Thursdays

What you will do

  • Experiment on outbound activity to decision makers with customized messaging and channels to generate Enterprise opportunities.
  • Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying hirify.global.
  • Qualify prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for hirify.global.
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with hirify.global.
  • Hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate and influence on performance initiatives, product launches and service innovation when working with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech or a high-growth environment.
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers.
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Engaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer.
  • You LOVE talking to customers; Always interested in digging deeper and learning more about their needs.
  • Fluency in Korean and Business level in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales, marketing, business development for enterprise companies in Korea is preferred.
  • You've got strong technical chops — comfort with speaking about technical implementations.
  • A builder’s mentality who thrives in collaborative environments; Comfort with ambiguity and solutions-oriented mindset
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
