Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; in-office four days per week. The requirements also mention working from the Austin office four days per week.

Salary: $120,000–$223,000 USD annually, including base salary, equity, benefits, and uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Translate client needs into scalable solutions using hirify.global’s low-code platform.
• Guide clients through deployments from kickoff to go-live.
• Build integrations using APIs, automation tools such as Zapier and Workato, and data pipelines.
• Clean and transform data to ensure accurate field mapping and delivery.
• Train clients and create clear technical guidance and documentation.
• Track implementation tasks, report progress, remove blockers, and identify process improvements using real-time data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience, preferably in client-facing work.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation using Excel, Python, ETL, and APIs.
• Experience configuring customizable low-code platforms.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to teach users, create documentation, solve problems proactively, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from the New York or Austin office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance or healthcare.
• Fluency in SQL, advanced Excel, or Python scripting.
• Experience with Workato, BPM, or CRM platforms.
• Background in project management or consulting.
